How much is shipping?

To simplify the process, we now have a flat rate $5.00 domestic shipping to anywhere in the US. For international orders, a flat rate $15.00 fee will be applied to your cart. Stickers ship for $1.00 to any location! Also, free shipping anyone? On domestic orders $75+ and international orders $125+, your order ships for free!

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders take time! Some items are fulfilled in house and others are shipped from a fulfillment center. Most items will arrive within a week to two weeks. As we grow and fine tune our systems, we will work to speed up the shipment process!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We have teamed up with some amazing fulfillment companies that are working to send items across the world. Shipping prices are slightly higher for shipping outside of the United States, however, we have established fixed rates that will ensure your product arrives safely and in a timely manner without breaking the bank. These rates may change over time.

What is your return policy? 

At this time, returns are only accepted for damaged goods. If you are not satisfied with your product, reach out to us and we will do what we can to make things right. Thank you for supporting old dogs!
